MAS Marine Consultants Ltd is based in Saint Malo, France  

 

The company was set up in 2012 by Captain Philip Shenton AFNI to provide a full range of of deck oral prep courses along with full spectrum marine consultancy services.

 

Philip has spent over 45 years in the industry in a career which has seen him travel the world many times over and hold esteemed positions in two large Maritime Administrations. Philip has also worked as a MCA Deck Examiner, Port State Control Officer and a Technical manager and has a wealth of experience which he greatly enjoys sharing with his students and consultancy clients alike.
